By using elitefuturestrader.com or any EliteTrader product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
EliteTrader provides educational content, software tools, indicators, strategies, and community access. We are not a broker, an exchange, a prop firm, or a registered investment adviser.
Nothing we provide is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All trading decisions are yours alone, and you are solely responsible for them.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter contracts where you live.
Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share, resell, or redistribute our tools, indicators, or content. Licenses are for a single user.
Subscription fees are billed on the interval shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by the refund policy presented at purchase.
All content, software, and branding on this site belong to EliteTrader or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Trademarks of prop firms, exchanges, platforms, and other third parties belong to their respective owners, and their mention does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
Our site may link to third parties, including prop firms and brokers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Some links may be affiliate links, from which we may earn a commission.
The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any tool will produce any particular result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EliteTrader is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold EliteTrader harmless from claims arising out of your use of the site, your trading activity, or your breach of these terms.
EliteTrader operates an SMS program for customers and prospects who opt in through a form on elitefuturestrader.com. Messages fall into two categories, each requiring its own separate, explicit consent:
Consent is never pre-checked, is not required to purchase anything, and is not a condition of using the site. You may consent to one category and not the other.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply and are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us.

Carrier liability: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and device.
Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, to purchase from us, or to consent to receive text messages from us. We do not knowingly collect information from or send messages to anyone under 18.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
